Flow Support
Posted 5 days ago
Flow Support is a small, trauma-informed NDIS provider based in Springwood, QLD.
We’re committed to person-centred, recovery-oriented care that empowers people to live safer, more connected, and meaningful lives.
We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach (Entry-Level) to join our close-knit team.
In this role, you’ll walk alongside NDIS participants living with psychosocial or complex support needs — helping them build independence, connect with the right services, and strengthen their confidence to manage daily life. You’ll coordinate supports, problem-solve barriers, and ensure participants feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported in their recovery journey.
You’ll be out in the community as much as you’re in the office — meeting participants face-to-face, collaborating with providers, and keeping digital case notes in real time. No two days will look the same, and you’ll have the autonomy to make a tangible difference while being guided by a supportive leadership team.
At Flow Support, you’ll never be just a number. You’ll work within a warm, values-led environment where open communication, reflective supervision, and professional growth are part of everyday practice.
