The Role

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help clients get the most from our ICT and security technology. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption, ensuring they see real results.

This role suits someone in their Customer Success career who enjoys solving problems and working with technology.

What You’ll Do

Onboard and train new customers.

Build strong, long-term client relationships.

Monitor engagement and reduce churn.

Work with sales, product, and support teams.

Identify upsell and growth opportunities.

Share customer feedback to improve products.

What You’ll Bring

1–5 years’ experience in Customer Success roles in ICT/SaaS/ Electrical/Telco technology sales.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proactive mindset and passion for technology.

Curious, organised, and eager to learn.
