Cleaning Supervisor – Regional & Metropolitan NSW

Full-Time | Experienced | Travel Required

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee multiple sites across regional and metropolitan areas in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple client sites.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.

Manage client relationships professionally and respond promptly to requests.

Schedule, train, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Drive to regional sites

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including:

-Commercial offices

-Aged care facilities

-Retail spaces

And other specialty sites

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the cleaning industry.

-Strong communication and leadership skills.

-Must be someone who doesnt mind driving long hours to reach sites

-Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to regional NSW.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
