We are passionate about delivering quality products and outstanding customer service, and we’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join our team and help drive the next phase of our growth.

The Role

This is a key role for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making an impact. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will take ownership of financial management, provide reporting and insights, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations including reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and entitlements.

Develop, monitor, and evaluate budgets across sales, inventory, and overheads.

Prepare and analyse financial reports (P&L, variance analysis, cashflow, and forecasting).

Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Partner with Directors to support strategy and business planning.

Manage inventory and overhead controls in conjunction with sales budgets.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

About You

Proficient in Xero (essential).

Knowledge of Cin7 (inventory management system) is an advantage.

Strong Excel skills for modelling and reporting.

Demonstrated experience in preparing financial reports and delivering constructive feedback.

Ability to design and manage budgets, evaluate performance, and identify efficiencies.

Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders.

Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Bookkeeper, or similar role.

A salary package up to $100,000, including super (pro rata for part-time hours).
