About the role
As an Assets and Property Officer, you’ll provide administrative, information, and finance-related support to the Assets and Emergency Management Branch. Some of your key duties will include:
- Assist with the development and management of maintenance and minor works programs.
- Undertake property inspections and coordinate building contractors.
- Arrange the submission and evaluation of quotations.
- Participate in and support the Department’s building emergency management practices, committees, and organisations.
This is a permanent position based in Hobart.
