About the position:

Join us as a Claims Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly and claims are resolved efficiently and accurately. You’ll take ownership of national claims processing, working closely with warehouses, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure faulty, damaged, and missing goods claims are collected, credited, and closed on time.

• Oversee collections and crediting of goods across our national warehouses.
• Work with warehouse teams and 3PL providers to ensure seamless collections.
• Ensure all approvals, evidence, and documentation are in place before collections.
• Track claims, report progress, and follow up on outstanding items to keep things moving.
• Partner with Finance, Warehouse Operations, and Vendors to resolve any hiccups.
• Handle unexpected logistical challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications:

• Logistics or Claims Experience – You’ve worked in claims management, warehousing, or a related field.
• You can juggle multiple priorities and keep everything on track.
• You know how to liaise with teams, vendors, and 3PL providers effectively.
• You spot problems before they happen and follow up until the job is done.
• You’re collaborative and love working with different departments to find solutions.
