Experienced Chef – Burger Prep Kitchen (Eagle Farm)

Mr Jeebus is an Award Winning business and is growing – and we’re on the hunt for a mature-minded, experienced chef to help drive the heart of our operations at our Eagle Farm burger prep kitchen.

About the Role:

Based at our Eagle Farm kitchen, you’ll be leading daily production for our stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and safety across the board. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s organised, reliable, and takes pride in their craft.

This site also features a hole-in-the-wall style burger joint, so a small amount of line cooking and customer interaction will be part of your day. We also run our food truck from this location

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations & production flow

• Manage stock ordering, receiving, and quality control

• Maintain OH&S and food safety compliance

• Coordinate distribution of prepped stock to store locations

• Lead and supervise kitchen team members

• Assist in staff training and onboarding

• Help with line cooking and engage with customers when needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has solid kitchen experience – ideally in a production based kitchen

•Attention to detail is daily practice

•Ability to Maximum profits and minimise wastage/ wages

• Ability to follow consistent procedures and recipes

• Restoke and Lightspeed knowledge an advantage

• Is mature-minded, calm under pressure, and detail focused

• Is local to Eagle Farm or nearby, and looking for a stable, long-term role

• Can lead with respect and professionalism

• Communicates well with both staff and customers

• Is passionate about quality food and a great team culture

•Can work alone at times

•No students or WHV.
