Automotive Technician with Subaru experience.

We’re looking for 2 fully qualified and experienced technicians to join our new workshop team in the heart of Geelong, specialising in the maintenance and repair of Subaru vehicles.

With almost 30 years’ experience in dealerships, I’ve seen a lot of change in the automotive landscape. I've decided it's time to step away from the shift toward EV powertrains and redundant drivers. We want to focus our pathway on the historic platform that made Subaru exciting, the boxer engine and AWD. So, we’re building a workshop that’s inclusive and responsive to the needs of customers who share the passion for Subaru, the internal combustion engine and driving real machines.

You’ll be working directly with a manager who values strong relationships with his team, is passionate about cars, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on.

Service and repair Subaru's to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Collaborate with teammates to plan, delegate and deliver the best possible customer experience.

Pitch in where needed—whether that’s keeping the workshop tidy or occasionally engaging with customers.

About You

You are a fully qualified automotive technician.

You are experienced and confident working on Subaru product independently and comfortable as part of a small team.

Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
