What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a hands-on, workshop-based role where you’ll lead by example both technically and culturally.

You’ll:

• Carry out precision mechanical fitting and welding on heavy mobile gear
• Repair, refurbish, and install key components with skill and care
• Be the subject matter expert for all things mechanical fitting
• Mentor apprentices and junior trades—set the tone, raise the bar
• Own quality, safety, and documentation across your jobs
