About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide in-home and community-based support to clients living with a range of disabilities. Your role will involve:

Providing personal care and domestic assistance

Supporting clients with daily living activities and community engagement

Assisting with mobility and transportation

Implementing individualised care plans

Promoting independence and well-being

Accurate documentation and reporting

About You

You are a caring, respectful, and motivated individual who is committed to providing high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)

Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or working towards it)

Current First Aid and CPR certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings (as needed)
