Responsibilities:

• Draft the documentation of strategic and financial advice to clients through compliant and accurate SOAs.
• Assist advisers with meeting preparation, research and prepare Client Portfolio Reviews
• Provide support to Financial Advisers, Advice manager & Senior Paraplanner.
• Ensure client relationships are maintained via high levels of service and appropriate and timely communication
• Prepare and process client documentation, including forms and compliance paperwork
• Implementation of advice and actioning recommended strategies across various platforms and products

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years experience in financial planning
• Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance processes for financial services highly regarded.
• Experience using financial planning software; XPLAN
• Experience working with HNWI is highly regarded
• Ability to work both independently and operate well within a remote team
