Key Responsibilities:

Chef

Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality and presentation.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by following food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, including the "clean as you go" policy.

Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and follow daily schedules set by management.

Monitoring food quality and compliance to ensure all products meet customer expectations and required standards.

Supporting the training and supervision of kitchen staff, understanding customer requirements, and assisting with yield testing of products during preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

Candidate with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (essential).

Flexible availability across Day, Afternoon & Night shifts.

All successful applicants must have the ability to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

A commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.
