We are currently looking to fill a new role of Construction Coordinator & Compliance. We are looking for someone with a talent in maintaining order, strong written and verbal communication and being the link between the office and site.

Construction Coordinator:

Administer and maintain construction contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions

Monitor project budgets vs actual expenses to mitigate cost overruns

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to scope of works, order changes and project correspondence

Generate regular and thorough progress reports for project stakeholders

Maintain construction timeframes and negotiate EOT with clients

Identify and mitigate contract related risks during construction

Compliance

Produce weekly construction compliance reports

Ensure all construction activity complies with relevant laws, regulations and OH&S standards

Liaise with construction team to rectify any compliance issues

Your Qualities:

Experience in a Similar Role Preferred

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential construction industry preferred

Willingness to Learn and Grow with the Company

Strong Attention to Detail, Accuracy is King

Exquisite Time Management Skills

Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills with the Ability to Negotiate

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Australian Citizen or Valid Right to Work
