Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead all purchasing, supplier

management, and cost optimization activities. This role is critical in ensuring operational

efficiency, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, and supporting the overall growth objectives of

the business.

What You’ll Do

∙Plan, organise, and oversee procurement activities to ensure continuous supply of

materials, products, and services within company standards.

∙Develop and implement purchasing policies and strategies that support cost efficiency,

quality outcomes, and timely delivery.

∙Direct supplier selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management to secure

best value and minimise risk.

∙Control and monitor inventory levels, storage methods, and distribution systems to

achieve operational efficiency.

∙Coordinate the movement, ordering, and replenishment of goods to meet business and

customer requirements.

∙Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with organisational

objectives.

∙Lead, supervise, and evaluate staff performance across procurement and distribution

functions.

∙Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations while maintaining

customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

∙Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline.

∙Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.

∙Proven negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

∙Experience with procurement or inventory management systems is a strong advantage.
