About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email & CRM Specialist to own and drive our customer communications strategy across our portfolio of brands. This role is central to building meaningful customer relationships, maximising lifetime value, and delivering measurable growth through targeted email and CRM activity.
What you'll be doing:
Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and deliver Email & CRM strategies that directly drive online sales, increase customer spend, and support commercial objectives.
Customer Retention & Loyalty: Build lifecycle marketing journeys, loyalty programs, and automations that strengthen customer relationships and repeat purchase behaviour.
Strategy & Planning: Develop, plan, and execute Email & CRM strategies that drive retention, loyalty, and profitability across the company’s brand portfolio.
Customer Value & Loyalty: Design and optimise lifecycle marketing journeys, loyalty programs, and CRM initiatives to maximise customer lifetime value.
Campaign Execution:
Own the Email content calendar, ensuring campaigns drive WOW factor and are delivered to brief, on schedule, and aligned to commercial objectives.
Manage the briefing process end to end with Brand and Design teams to ensure creative excellence.
Lead scheduling, testing, deployment, and optimisation of campaigns via Klaviyo and Yotpo.
Performance & Insights:
Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness (traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue).
Develop a testing framework to identify optimal send times, subject lines, and content formats, sharing insights with stakeholders.
Optimise Channels & Platforms: Partner with Tech, Product, and Data teams to ensure our CRM stack is robust, data is clean and compliant, and our campaigns deliver results.
Drive Action Through Insight: Analyse performance, report on key metrics, and turn insights into strategies that keep our customers coming back.
Database & Platform Management: Maintain, segment, and grow the customer database. Ensure compliance, quality, and accurate reporting.
About you
3 -5+ years strong background in email marketing, loyalty programs, and retention strategies.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (certifications highly regarded).
Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with Klaviyo platform is required.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and automation.
Excellent planning, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable insights.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with a passion for building exceptional customer experiences.
Experience managing multi-brand campaigns is preferred.
