Your Impact

• Support Hiring Managers and Talent Partners with the hiring process
• Support high-volume recruitment across frontline roles for our Residential Aged Care Facilities.
• Sit in on interviews and job briefs when required by the Service Managers
• Loves a good Excel spreadsheet
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and coach them on best practice.
• Share ideas, collaborate, and be part of continuous improvement that lifts the whole team.
• Support, and help shape a fun, professional, and high-energy culture.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in end to end or support role in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Experience with eRecruitment systems (Turbo Recruit a big plus!).
• HR/related degree – or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Communication skills that shine, with the ability to problem-solve and connect with people at all levels.
