About us

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at the Scott Street Pharmacy Group in Toowoomba. We are experiencing significant growth within our business, with this role designed to assist with further projected growth, particularly at our newly opened Pine Dispensary location.

Prior experience as a Pharmacy Assistant and/or Dispensary Technician is advantageous. If you are looking for a new challenge, or even a change in direction from the regular day-to-day Pharmacy role, don't hesitate to apply. This role has the potential to become a part-time role for the right candidate.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience working in a Pharmacy or Retail environment advantageous.

Reliable, punctual and a positive can do attitude.

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, each and every time.

A willingness to adapt to change and a can do attitude.

Ability to build on existing relationships and creating new customer relationships.

An interest in regularly learning, developing and upskilling your personal skills set.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Saturday availability.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Working alongside the Team, delivering outstanding customer service to assist in the delivery of Pharmacy services.

Co-ordinating with customers and multidisciplinary teams.

Cash handling and POS processing.

Replenishing of stock and maintenance of inventory levels.

Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the Dispensary.

Closely follow Pharmacy policies and procedures.

General Pharmacy duties and customer service as required.
