This company is seeking to employ an adaptable and dynamic Junior Project Manager, with clear intentions for continued professional growth.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

In the Junior PM / Project Manager role, you will report directly to the manager of the ACT team and deal with delivering diverse commercial projects across Canberra ranging between $1M and $10M. This company also provide ample opportunity to work on new build projects in the future. You will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered within deadlines and budgetary requirements.

DUTIES.

• Engage with senior management, clients, and stakeholders
• Create and manage the project feasibility
• Manage invoices and claims
• Dealing with WHS management
• Deliver projects in accordance with building specifications and standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Site/Project Engineer desirable
• Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline preferrable
• Ability to organise, communicate and display good time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
