Silver Search is thrilled to partner with a leading Plastic Surgeon, to find a professional, warm, and highly organised Personal Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to join their practice on the Lower North Shore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, client-focused medical team and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, managing bookings, correspondence, and daily clinic operations. You’ll thrive if you have a passion for organisation, a professional approach, and enjoy creating a welcoming and seamless experience for patients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a cosmetic or medical environment is highly valued.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Warm, cheerful, and welcoming personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to build ongoing rapport with clients
• Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and supportive of staff and clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Medical practice software and Medicare experience preferred but not essential
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the role
