About the Role
In this role, your duties as an Early Childhood Educator will include but not be limited to:
designing engaging learning activities for whole-child development
tracking developmental progress through observation and documentation
creating safe & stimulating environments for exploration and growth
nurturing relationships with children and families
collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning & care practices.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights or permanent residency essential
Diploma-qualified educator with 5+ years experience in Australian children services
Current WWC check essential
Current First Aid, anaphylaxis & asthma certifications essential
Strong knowledge of National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework
Excellent communication skills + ability to create a respectful, caring environment.
