About the Role:
Lead and be accountable for the day-to-day room operations.
Develop and implement curriculum-based experience and activities
Maintain records of observations for the children
Provide mentorship for team members on running program activities
Consult with parents formally and informally regarding their children development
About you:
A dedicated and enthusiastic educator with leadership experience or looking to take that next step.
Ability to respectfully maintain our clients' right to dignity, privacy & dignity of choice
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Carer Services and relevant work experience
Hold a current unrestricted ACT Working with Vulnerable People card and Working with Children Check
