Our ideal candidate will have experience developing first principles estimates for Hydraulic Services component of a commercial construction projects (Plumbing)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed Estimates of the Engineering Services Trades (measurement and pricing)
• Reviewing and negotiating Engineering Services components of Variations
• Preparing Assessments of Works in Progress of the Engineering Services components of Progress Claims

About You

• 3+ years’ post-graduate experience in quantity surveying, estimating or cost management roles – we encourage applicants with a contractor background to apply.
• Desired - A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong expertise in construction cost management, including the use of software applications such as CostX, Candy or Expert
• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a collaborative environment
