Care Assure is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist an
NDIS participant located in South Adelaide, near Christie’s Beach.
To ensure a strong rapport and meaningful connection, applicants with a good understanding of Australian culture, lifestyle, and values will be well-suited for this role. This position is ideal for someone local who enjoys engaging in everyday Aussie experiences and conversations.
Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, in alignment with the client’s personal preferences.
We are seeking Confident, Kind, and Resilient Female Support Workers with relevant experience to support our female participant.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience and Understanding of Complex trauma
Experience supporting participants with Psychosocial or Intellectual Disabilities
Experience working with bipolar disorder and high-intensity clients
Demonstrated confidence, persistence, and resilience
Mandatory Requirements
Certificate III in Disability Services or equivalent qualification in Community Services
NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Infection Control Certificate
Current Full Australian Driver’s Licence
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (CPR within the last 12 months)
Current Medication Administration Certificate (within the last 12 months)
Current Manual Handling Certificate (within the last 12 months)
Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
Right to work in Australia
Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented with a growth mindset
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including active and passive sleepovers
About the Role
The participant is supported on a 24/7 basis with active overnight shifts.
Support includes:
Activities of daily living
Community and social engagement
Emotional and physical support tailored to individual needs
