The Empowerment Project - Allied Health Care is a young business looking for their next Star-OT and Speechie!

We are a team of young, motivated, passionate and fun clinicians who love what we do and decided to live out the reason behind why we studied to do what we do and help people to improve their quality of life!

We know that every person is different and so there is no one-size-fits all or tick box approach to how we treat and support our patients. We have a wonderful team of OTs, Physios, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrist who all work together to create some magic.

What do you get?

Comprehensive mentoring program from our Senior OTs + plus access to all resources, templates, in-services. Our new-grad program is a very comprehensive 12 month program which includes monthly in-services from guest speakers and weekly supervision. All reports and outgoing work will be reviewed until you feel comfortable!

Excellent remuneration starting from $80-120 per hour (depending on your experience) or yearly salary.

What you will be doing:

Manage an allocated adult/paediatric caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner, such as:

Functional assessments and/or paediatric assessments

SIL/ILO/SDA

Assistive technology recommendations

Provide client-driven, person-centred, evidence-based therapy services to clients in their home and community environments

Liaise with external stakeholders to provide individualise support plans
