Your new company

Our client oversees and implements the infrastructure pipeline for all new public schools established in Queensland. They are seeking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning of new schools that support growing communities.

Your new role

As the senior project manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing Preliminary Evaluations and Detailed Business Cases
• Securing planning approvals including Ministerial Infrastructure Designations and development applications.
• Preparing budget submissions for funding
• Managing external consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in managing infrastructure or property development projects
• Experience in developing business case and preliminary evaluation
• Proven ability to lead complex projects within government or client-side environments (public sector experience desirable).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• High-level skills in risk management, reporting, and project governance.
