Work Area Point Lonsdale to Apollo Bay (majority of gardens on the surf coast)

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year plus superannuation

About ORL: ORL has been a trusted name along the Great Ocean Road for over 30 years. Our garden care team is responsible for maintaining approximately 150 local gardens spanning from Apollo Bay to Point Lonsdale. Most of our gardens are on monthly maintenance programs, and we take pride in our high attention to detail to meet our clients' expectations.

Job Description: As a member of our garden care team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside other dedicated gardeners and collaborate with our design team. Your role will involve taking ownership of 20 to 30 gardens, ensuring their ongoing care and maintenance. While we prefer candidates with at least 5 years of gardening experience and qualifications, we are open to considering those with a genuine passion for horticulture.

Key Requirements:

•5 years of gardening experience (qualifications preferred but not essential)
•Manual driver's license (truck license preferred but not mandatory, can be obtained)
•Strong attention to detail
•Good communication skills
•Creative mindset
