Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Belmont team as an Automotive Rustproofing Technician. Prior experience in rustproofing or spray painting is advantageous but not essential—we are happy to provide on-the-job training to the right candidate. If you have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn, this role could be your opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, clean and mask up automotive and mining equipment (e.g., trucks, light vehicles, and 4x4s) before applying rustproofing treatments.

Apply rustproofing coatings to chassis and structural components following company guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project requirements.

Follow technical specifications and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality results.

About You:

No prior experience required—we will provide training to candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.

Previous experience in industrial painting, rustproofing, or spray painting is a bonus but not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
