The Role: Fix Out Carpenter (Install Team Member)

Your Responsibilities:

Carry out our installation processes within a small team environment

Preparation/installation of doors & door frames (internal & external)

Prepare, adjust & straighten window frames

Measure, cut & fit skirting board & architraves to window frames, door frames & floors

Ability to work well within a team

Work efficiently & help to improve the efficiency of our installation processes

Have good problem solving ability to carry out tasks that may be non-standard

Work safely on residential building job sites

Lead a small group of trades/apprentices

Who We're Looking For:

A specialist/experienced carpenter with extensive knowledge & experience in residential volume build fix out

An open mind & growth oriented mindset. We are constantly looking to improve our processes & your input is essential

Someone who's comfortable working both as part of a team and independently.

Strong communication skills that contribute to a positive team environment.

A candidate who aligns with our values of excellence, organization, personal growth, and transparent communication.

Skills Required: It is advised that the successful candidate have extensive experience in all aspects of fix out carpentry, although training & mentorship will be provided.This includes expertise in:

Setting out/planning

Installing internal and external door frames

Doors installation

Architrave and skirting mould installation

Wainscotting installation

Handle sets, entrance lock sets, and digital locks installation

Mortise lock installation

Pivot door systems installation

Fire doors and commercial door hardware installation
