Key Responsibilities

Manage, train and motivate a team of housekeepers and supervisors

Inspect properties to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation

Coordinate schedules and oversee daily operations across multiple locations

Maintain stock levels of linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies

Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed

Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly with our Maintenance Team

Ensure properties are guest-ready, with attention to detail and pride in presentation

Manage cleaning time and schedules

To be successful in this role you must have:

Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in luxury hotels, resorts or holiday rentals

Independent and self-motivated, with strong time management skills

A natural leader with excellent communication and people skills

Outstanding attention to detail

Flexible, reliable and calm under pressure

Comfortable using apps and digital checklists

Must have a valid driver’s licence
