Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career? La Festa Group/Cannoleria is looking for a Full-Time Store Supervisor to lead our store teams across all stores. You will drive sales, help develop your team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including managing staff, opening and closing, cash handling, health and safety compliance, and operational reporting. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you’ll lead by example, ensuring a positive, high-performing work environment while delivering excellent service and maintaining product quality.

What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales and operational goals

Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback

Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting

Ensure stock levels, product presentation, and quality are maintained

Drive outstanding customer experiences and resolve issues professionally

Promote a safe and compliant work environment
