We’re on the lookout for someone with hands-on sheetmetal and HVAC ducting experience who’s ready to grow their skills in drafting and CAD design.

This is a great opportunity to bring your practical knowledge into the design office, working on projects that range from commercial to industrial HVAC systems. Comprehensive training will be provided to enable you to feel confident in your day to day duties.

What you’ll do:

• Use your sheetmetal and ducting know-how to produce product/component drawings using CAD/CAM software aligned with tender documentation and project specifications.
• Create fabrication-ready parts for plasma/laser cutting in accordance with SMACNA duct standards.
• Generate detailed shop drawings and job orders for the manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure technical drawings meet requirements for HVAC components, culverts, and installations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Liaise with site teams, foremen, contractors, and client representatives to assess requirements and resolve challenges

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in sheetmetal fabrication and HVAC ductwork essential.
• Interest in learning or developing CAD/CAM design skills.
• Computer literate and competent in fundamentals of software usage eg version controls, storage, archive.
• Understanding of duct standards and manufacturing processes.
• Team player, detail-focused, and practical.
