About the Business
Our client is a dynamic residential volume builder based on the Southside of Brisbane and specialising in new build project housing. With a growing display home presence they are coming into an exciting period of growth.
About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Senior Residential Draftsperson to join the team! You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities will include:
Development of master files and templates in ArchiCAD
Supporting R&D and new product design
Sales preliminary drafting and concepts
Full working drawings
Overseeing drafting team
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 years residential drafting experience
ArchiCAD experience essential
Volume builder experience essential
Strong knowledge of Building and Development codes
