About the role

As a Franchise Business Consultant at Piccolo Me', you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering our network of franchise owners. Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time position is based in our North Rocks, NSW office, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Our Piccolo Me brand is one of our Food Franchise Retail brands under our FABE Pty Ltd company.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive business consulting services & audits to franchise owners, including financial analysis, operational optimisation, and strategic planning

Identifying growth opportunities and implementing tailored marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability for franchise locations

Delivering hands-on training and coaching to franchise owners and their staff to ensure operational excellence and consistent brand standards

Addressing franchise-related issues and escalations, and recommending solutions to improve overall franchise performance

Collaborating with the wider Piccolo Me' team to enhance the franchise model and implement new initiatives

Maintaining detailed records and reporting on franchise performance metrics

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a franchise business consulting or operations management role within the retail or consumer products industry

Strong understanding of franchising models, including franchise agreements, operations, and compliance requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and develop data-driven recommendations

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with franchise owners and build trusted relationships

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements for franchised businesses

Some relevant experience in QSR, food retail or hospitality preferred

Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or a related field
