ARCOS Group are after an experienced Geotechnical Driller for a 4 month contract opportunity.

We’re a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering high-quality civil, geotechnical, structural and drilling services across private, commercial, and government sectors. Known for our practical approach and strong client focus, we operate throughout Queensland and interstate.

Due to continued growth, we’re currently seeking an experienced Geotechnical Driller to join our Brisbane-based team on a 4 month contract.

Our drilling team provides a wide range of services across SEQ, including:

· Site classification and geotechnical investigations

· Pavement and percolation testing

· Site and soil logging to Australian standards

About the Role – Experienced Geotechnical Driller

What you’ll bring:

· 2–3+ years of geotechnical drilling experience

· Proficiency in logging to AS1726 & AS2870

· Construction material testing experience (highly regarded)

· Mechanically minded and confident operating small plant

· Strong communication and client-facing skills

· A proactive, team-first attitude with solid problem-solving abilities

· Ability to lift and handle equipment and materials

· Flexibility to travel and work overtime when required

Essential qualifications:

· Current driver's licence

· Construction White Card (or Blue Card equivalent)
