The Role:

Experience in MYOB/MYOB Advanced would be advantageous

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent Time Management skills

General Administration & Administration Support

Excellent Written & Communication Skills

The ability to work autonomously & in a team environment

Contribute to process improvement

Attention to detail

Australian citizenship or a valid work visa with unrestricted work rights

Data reporting and analysis

Tasks & responsibilities

Data Entry of customer orders, invoicing, and dispatch.

Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.

General administrative duties and office support.

Responsible for Telephone enquiries & greeting Customers at the front desk on a daily basis.
