Créma Lane Sydney is opening soon in the Surry Hills/Central Station area. We’re creating a premium cafe experience with specialty coffee, a refined menu, and an elegant aesthetic.

We’re looking for skilled, motivated baristas to deliver high quality coffee in a vibrant cafe setting.

This role runs Monday to Friday, so your weekends stay free.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees and iced beverages

Dial in and maintain espresso quality throughout the day

Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth

Keep the barista station clean, efficient, and well organised

Work collaboratively to maintain smooth workflow during peak service

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous barista experience in a specialty cafe (preferred)

Strong workflow skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills and a team first attitude

A genuine passion for coffee and pride in delivering consistent quality
