ProQuest Recruitment is excited to be leading the search for a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based at Moorabbin Airport.

Specialising in 3PL and freight and inventory management, this role is all about driving efficiency, safety, and service excellence across their growing 3PL network.

Starting salary $85,000+super

What you'll do:

• Ensuring day-to-day operations are running effectively and efficiently.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight
• Oversee inventory accuracy and demand alignment.
• Ensure top-level customer order fulfillment.
• Receive, check, and put away incoming goods.
• Unload and load trucks/containers safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks

About you:

• Strong WISE WMS systems knowledge preferred
• Proven success with 3PL, freight, and distribution networks.
• Valid LF Forklift licence
• RF Pick packing experience
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A safety-first, quality and customer-focused mindset.
• Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise during busy periods.
• The ability to supervise and provide direction and guidance to other employees.
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

MUST have full working rights, clear Police check or be willing to obtain one and pass full pre-employment medical testing.
