About the role

Remarkable Joinery Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in Molendinar, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-made joinery and cabinetry.

What you'll be doing

Interpreting and translating architectural designs and customer specifications into detailed production plans

Selecting and preparing appropriate materials for each project

Operating a range of woodworking machinery and tools to fabricate, assemble and finish custom cabinetry and joinery items

Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process

Collaborating with the design and project management teams to resolve any technical challenges

Providing input and recommendations to improve production processes and efficiencies

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Cabinet Making or a related trade, such as a Certificate III in Cabinet Making

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker in a commercial or high-end residential setting

Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery, including table saws, routers, sanders and power tools

Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work

Good problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

A commitment to workplace health and safety procedures

Must have own tools
