About the role

Kilfoy Cabinets' is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker and Kitchen Installer to join our team in Cairns, QLD - on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company in the tropical Cairns region. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $34-$55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. We also work 4.5 days per week with the opportunity for overtime.

What you'll be doing

Assembling high-quality custom cabinetry to client specifications

Operate our Edge bander and CNC machine

Read and interpret technical drawings and designs

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard within agreed timelines

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar role

Strong workshop skills and the ability to work with a variety of materials

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and quality of work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Relevant trade qualifications or certification in Cabinet Making
