We are currently looking for a fit, reliable and enthusiastic Truck Driver to deliver products to site for our installation teams across greater Melbourne.

About the role
This full-time role will be based in Tullamarine, VIC 3043, and you will play a crucial part in delivering our superior products and service to the commercial construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicles, including single axial x 12m tray with articulated crane and/or tautliner liner to transport finished goods to our constructions sites across Melbourne.

Adhering to all road rules and regulations, including maintaining logbooks and conducting vehicle inspections

Effectively communicating with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure products are accurately picked and packed and delivered on time

Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles as required, some hand unload and site assistance is required from time to time.

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

What we're looking for

A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's license

Crane ticket is preferred but not essential as we will provide training

Demonstrated experience as a truck driver

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills are a must as you will need to communicate with dispatch, ensure that products are loaded correctly and adhere to daily run sheets

A forklift license is preferred but not essential

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
