Western Workforce are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join a warehouse operations team.

This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of goods to mining sites. The successful candidate will liaise closely with logistics teams, pick and pack orders, prepare shipments, and load them onto trucks in line with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and dispatch instructions.
• Liaise with internal logistics teams to confirm delivery schedules, freight requirements, and transport availability.
• Safely load outbound trucks with prepared shipments, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods.
• Ensure all consignments are correctly labeled and accompanied by the appropriate documentation (e.g., packing slips, delivery dockets).
• Assist with stock checks and report discrepancies in inventory during picking or packing.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner (if licensed).
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines, including use of PPE and load restraints.

About You:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role preferred.
• Forklift license.
• HR and/or Dogging Ticket highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems (advantageous).
• Open to work early starts, late finishes, or shift work depending on delivery schedules.
