E&I Supervisor | 8:6 FIFO | $90-$99/hr

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to lead project works across the Pilbara for an immediate start. This casual position offers excellent pay, long-term opportunity, and a mix of local Port Hedland-based and Pilbara region site work. The role is construction focused with a combination of green-fields and brownfields projects.

Key Offerings:

Roster: 8:6 FIFO from Perth or local DIDO

Hours: 12-hour days

Rate: $92-$98/hr + super commensurate on experience

Employment: Casual (weekly pay cycle)

Start Date: Immediate start available

Vehicle & Laptop: Supplied

Location: Site-based Project Office Insulated, air-conditioned container site office for rostered work

Requirements:

WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role (E&I preferred)

Section 26 Appointment

Strong knowledge of mining and industrial standards

White Card

CPR/LVR (within 12 months)

Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills

Ability to manage teams, schedule works, and ensure HSEQ compliance

Experience with Fortescue and Pilbara Minerals is favourable
