Roster: 2:1 FIFO | 12-hour days

About the Role:
PGC is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Electrical Supervisor for a 9-month contract on the KCGM project. This role is FIFO from Perth, working a 2:1 roster with 12-hour days. You'll be leading electrical crews and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of electrical works on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical personnel and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures

Monitor progress against project schedules and report accordingly

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in mining or heavy industrial projects

Valid WA Electrical Licence

Current and clean National Police Clearance (mandatory)

Construction White Card

High regard for safety, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to work FIFO on a 2:1 roster
