Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment has partnered with a Non-For-Profit organisation based in Melbourne CBD. They are seeking a Clinical Lead to manage an After-Hours Health outreach service.

The position of a RN Clinical Lead will suit a Registered Nurse who has previous experience of managing teams to provide guidance, supervision, and oversight of care.

This role is 36 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday with weekend penalties as a casual. This unique opportunity also comes with the potential to sign a 6/9 month fixed term contract after an initial trial period.

Skills & Experience

AHPRA registration

Must be onshore in Australia currently with full working rights (PR, Citizen, Partner VISA, 482 Sponsored, 485 graduate VISA)

RN with proven leadership experience who is ready to come in and hit the ground running

Confident decision-maker, especially in high-pressure or complex client situations.

Commitment to client-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally safe practice.

Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and quality standards in healthcare.

Collaborative, with the ability to build partnerships across multidisciplinary teams and external services.

Strong clinical expertise with the ability to provide guidance, supervision, and oversight of care.

Skilled in leading and mentoring nursing and health teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.
