We are excited to announce that we are looking for dedicated Male and Female Enrolled and Registered Nurses, as well Caregivers and Support Workers to join our team for immediate start.

We are seeking candidates who have the ability and commitment to start before school hours and are willing to work flexible hours throughout the day, weekends and some overnight's when required. We understand the importance of supporting our staff with their family and life commitments, and we are happy to accommodate varying schedules, however, Our clients require both early morning, late afternoon and both active and or non active / active overnight care, reflecting our belief that care is essential 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About the Role

Making Lives Better and Happier Aging are the heart of what we do.

We enable members of our aging and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening or overnight to meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities

Make it your mission to make a difference in the lives of those around you

Provide a premium care experience for our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalized.

Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.

Deliver care in accordance with the clients care plan that has been delivered by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)

Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.

Complete documentation accurately and thoughtfully.

Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the client's multidisciplinary team.

Represent the Nurse Next Door brand in all things you do.

Skills and Experience

Passionate about making a difference.

A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behavior and success.

Previous care giving experience is an asset.

Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.

Reliable, Punctual and has the ability to get to and from clients homes is a must.

Mandatory Requirements

The Minimum of Cert III (in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support) OR AHPRA registration

Extensive Industry Experience In Personal Care ( PCA)

Ability to travel to your clients' locations around Ballarat and Surrounding areas.

The Right To Work In Australia

National Police Check (Aged care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)

Working with Children Check.

NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion

NDIS Worker Screen Clearance
