About the role
Sanderson Fencing is looking for a skilled Fencing Contractor to join our team. This full-time role covers Salisbury and the surrounding Northern Suburbs, working on residential fencing projects. You’ll be outdoors, working at your own pace, building top-quality fences and enjoying the satisfaction of seeing great work done right.

What you'll be doing

Installing Good Neighbour, Post and Rail, Tubular Fencing, and small retaining walls

Managing fencing projects with your labourer (provided)

Liaising with clients on-site and keeping communication clear and professional

Removing old fencing and preparing for new installations

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Fencing Contractor

Solid knowledge of fencing materials, installation methods, and safety practices

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Great communication and customer service skills

Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated

Own transport, trailer, and tools to complete the work
