We are seeking an energetic and creative Promotions Manager to join the Otherwise and Molly Malones Team team to drive guest engagement for our venue’s event nights. This is a part-time role of 15-20 hours a week, however availability on Friday & Saturday nights is essential. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about nightlife, events, and building a vibrant atmosphere on night.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest engagement on night, assist in creating an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Build and manage guestlists on night. This includes outreach and follow-up, to ensure high attendance and engagement.
- Drive event participation by promoting nights through social media, partnerships, and street marketing.
- Monitor event feedback, attendance, and recognise areas improvements.

About You:
- Experience in event promotions, guest services, or nightlife marketing will be considered but not essential. Interest and enthusiasm are key attributes of a successful candidate.
- Excellent social skills, with the ability to connect with diverse guest profiles.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
