Metals & Mining Assets (MMA) is a Western-Australian-owned consultancy that supplies high-calibre contract Mine Managers and Mining Engineers to underground operations across the state. We are expanding to meet strong client demand and invite applications from mining professionals at Engineer and Senior Engineer level.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mining Engineering

Full and unrestricted Australian working rights

Proven track record in Australian underground hard-rock operations

Ability to work FIFO ex-Perth on an 8 / 6 roster

Key Responsibilities (role-dependent)

Short-, medium- and life-of-mine planning

Mine scheduling

Drill & Blast design and optimisation

Ventilation

Mentoring and developing graduate and junior engineers

Continuous improvement of safety, productivity and cost performance
