At The Gordon, our Customer Liaison Officers are the friendly faces and voices welcoming students, staff and visitors. Whether it’s in person, over the phone, via email you’ll be the go to for all things helpful, informative and supportive.

Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide accurate advice on courses, enrolments, fees and student services across multiple channels (phone, email, face-to-face)
• Support prospective students through the enquiry to enrolment process, focusing on conversion
• Manage student data and interactions using internal systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with The Gordon’s standards
• Process payments and maintain financial records in line with procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve complex queries and enhance the student experience
• Coordinate appointments and referrals to support services, workshops and events
• Contribute to service improvements through feedback and process suggestions

About You:

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and digital systems
• Proven customer service experience across front line and phone-based roles
• Effective time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and work both independently and in teams
