The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office and Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Bayswater. This dual role combines general office administration with recruitment support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration, including data entry, filing, and document management
Assisting with payroll processing and accounts support (invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliation)
Coordinating staff travel, inductions, and compliance documentation
Supporting recruitment activities, including advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding new staff
Maintaining employee records and training compliance registers
Providing front-of-house support including phone and email enquiries
Assisting project managers with reports and administrative tasks as required
About You
Previous experience in administration and/or recruitment, ideally within construction, civil, or mining industries
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of payroll and accounts processes (highly regarded but not essential)
